Opt-In Features
These features are optional variations from the default functionality. Admins can elect to enable any of these by contacting support@maceinnovations.com.
Keep The Tab Order Of The Forms On The Right Static
The chosen behavior will apply to all Workflows.
Default Behavior
The row with the selected form/tab moves to the bottom (if multiple rows are present).
Optional Behavior
Form/tab order remains static.
Keep Users Within Workflow
Admins can elect to keep the user within Workflow when actions are performed that would normally direct them to another area of Encompass (such as sending disclosures or clicking on a milestone). The chosen behavior will apply to all Workflows.
Default Behavior Examples:
- When the user clicks on a milestone, they are directed to the respective milestone screen.
- When the user clicks on an alert, they are directed to the respective alert screen.

When the user sends a disclosure, they are directed to disclosure tracking.
Optional Behavior Examples:
- When the user clicks on a milestone, the milestone screen is opened as a tab on the right within Workflow.
- When the user clicks on an alert, the alert screen is opened as a tab on the right within Workflow.
- When the user sends a disclosure, disclosure tracking is opened as a tab on the right within Workflow.
