• (NEW) Improved Workflow load times for overall initial load and initial load for forms on the right. Exact improvement amounts will vary between Encompass environments.
• (NEW) Errors/Warnings for required documents will now open the respective e-folder bucket when double clicked.
• (NEW) Workflow will maintain the user's position in the hub (specific workflow and right side form) when the hub is reloaded, for example, by changing borrower pairs, leaving the hub and coming back or closing and re-opening the loan. After closing a loan, the position will only be maintained on the last 100 loans last opened within 24 hours.
• (NEW) The Encompass E-folder print icon will now automatically select relevant print forms based on the form selected on the right within the workflow hub (e.g. If "1003 URLA Part 1" is the active tab on the right, the print icon will have "2020 URLA (1003/65) - All Pages" as the selected form), mirroring Encompass native functionality when an input form is selected in the "Forms" tab.
• (NEW) Tab order in the workflow hub will now be ordered as a number (previously ordered as a string, impacting tab ordering when more than 10 workflows are present within a hub).
• (BUG FIX) When the lender had configured a milestone that is not on the loan to pull in as a form window on the right Workflow would pull in another milestone (next to be completed) in its place. If the user loaded the milestone, it would get cached and would not pull in the correct one once it was present on the loan.
• (BUG FIX) Users were experiencing errors when running certain partner connect services while workflow was the active background window.
• (BUG FIX) When adding fields to Required Field rules the last field added would not display the auto-generated Type, Description and Message in the rule editor UI for admins.
