  1. Click the icon for each borrower you want to request eConsent from

    Verify your Borrower Experience
    Borrowers that can be requested will be marked, "Ready to invite"

  2. Click Submit

    Any pending requests will be shown as 'Pending...'

  3. Click OK to confirm

  4. eConsent Status and Sync Status will show Processing

  • I need to know what happens when it says Processing Invite and it just keeps saying Processing Invite.   Was the invite SENT, or is it hitting the wall for some reason.  It needs to give me something to tell me that the invite or reminder went out successfully to the Customer.  (ie:  The email sent & did not bounce back for some reason).
