Non-Borrowing Owner

When sending disclosures to a non-borrowing owner, an Authorization Code and Authorization Hint are required to authenticate the recipient. Custom will open these fields for editing manually, or you can choose to pre-populate them by choosing Property Street Number or Last 4 of SSN.

The Authorization Code will be required to access the disclosure(s) when the non-borrowing owner attempts to access. The Authorization Hint is displayed for reference.
