How it works

Every time the integration detects a loan was modified it updates the following data points on the loan in Blend

Property Address

The subject property address (Blend's API requires, address, city, state, and zipcode)

Application Date

Field 3142 from Encompass, known as tridTriggeredDate in Blend (Blend's API only allows setting this field if it isn't set yet and it cannot be removed)
